As a member of the College Relations team, Heather helps lead a donor-centric development program and oversees the front-line fundraising team, which includes the Mount Holyoke Fund, Leadership Giving, and Gift Planning. A women's studies major with a focus on human resources and social change, she is drawn to the mission of °µÍø½ûÇø.
Prior to joining Mount Holyoke in 2023, Heather served as Assistant Vice President and Campaign Director at University of Connecticut (UConn) Foundation, where she was a key member of the advancement leadership team. Having started her career at Trinity College in Connecticut, Heather is excited to return to a liberal arts environment.
Most recently, Heather completed her doctorate in educational leadership with a focus on women’s leadership self-efficacy from the University of Connecticut. In her free time, Heather enjoys traveling with her family, spending time in her gardens (can you ever have too many blue hydrangeas?), and walking her two dogs.
