At MHC I studied German Studies and International Relations and had spent my junior year abroad at the University of Leipzig taking courses in Politics, History, and German. My year abroad provided me with the language capacity to research Polish and German relations since World War II and to defend an Honors Thesis.

Since graduation, I was exposed to immigration law and am currently working at a nonprofit exchange organization promoting global understanding and collaboration among individuals and institutions. Our mission is to provide international professional experiences that create more informed, skilled, and engaged citizens.

Studying German provided me with the insight, cultural understanding, and language background I still use on a daily basis. I have been able to assist in the translation of documents, advise colleagues, and represent my team on a variety of platforms.

MHC has taught me to look for connections and bridge them together.
